Meet The Chef
Hello, my name is Connor Sanguinetti and I am a Personal Chef located in the Orange County area. I attended Concordia University, Irvine where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Shortly after I attended The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa, CA. I graduated in 2020 with a Associates degree in the Culinary Arts program. I am now the proud owner of my own business Personal Bites. I am experienced in many cuisines, but I specialize in Italian cooking. I love to experiment and test my skills with new and old dishes. Food is not my only passion, as I also have experience in the wine industry and offer food and wine pairings as well as in home wine tastings. A fun fact about me is, my favorite dessert is banana's foster.

We specialize in providing high-quality personal dining experiences through elevated bites.
